Description

These pedals are the successor to Shimano's longtime favourites, the M530. The PD-ME700 pedals take the outstanding value and reliability of their predecessor and improve on things a little with the addition of a wider and thinner body. The shape has also been tweaked, with an elevated rear portion to provide better contact with the shoe. With an aluminium body, Cromoly axle, and Shimano's easily serviced bearing system, these pedals have all the right ingredients to create another classic pedal that offers outstanding value for money.

    Work alright.

    New to clipping in. I guess they do what they are supposed to do. Easy enough to change the peddle.

    Great pedal and I'm a big heavy guy

    Don't bother with the expensive stuff, these hold up just as well and last just as long

    Solid no fuss pedal

    Clip in and go. No fuss. To be honest I am not sure what the pedal surround bit does but I dont care. They use the same cleats as my XT pedals so it works for me. I use with an XC type shoe so I am probably not getting the most benefit. But I know they will last a very long time.
