The Park Tool FR-5.2H is a modified version of their FR-5.2, with a threaded, extra long handle. It is used to remove and install standard 12-notch cassette lockrings. The long handle aids in providing extra leverage to make sure you get it nice and tight, or to help remove really firm cassettes.
Who's this for: People wanting to install and remove their own cassettes, and want a top notch tool to do so.
Cassette lockring interface: 12 notches. The standard for cassettes from both SRAM and Shimano, but also a bunch of other brands such as Garbaruk, SunRace, and BOX Components. Centre bore/QR nut clearance is 20mm.
Construction: The FR-5.2H consists of two parts. A replaceable head, and the threaded handle that screws into it.
