The Maxima Synthetic Racing High Temp Brake Fluid is suitable for brakes that take DOT 3, 4, or 5.1 Fluid. The Zero-Fade formula is designed to give you the best possible stopping power and protection under the most extreme racing conditions. It maintains performance by preventing vaporisation and water contamination in all environments and is suitable for use with SBR and EPDM rubbers.

Type of Fluid: This is DOT 4 fluid and is suitable for use in brake systems requiring DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids.

Please note: it is not suitable for use in DOT 5 systems, and should not be mixed with silicone based fluids.

Pros: It is suitable for most brake systems and provides excellent stopping power even under extreme conditions.

Cons: Not suitable for brakes that take Mineral Oil, ie Shimano.

    The only fluid I use.

    I have been using this fluid for a long time now and it is the only brake fluid I will use in our brakes.
