Description

Spanish braking moto braking wizards have cracked into the MTB market with some pads that are designed to bite harder and last longer than the standard pads that come with your brakes.

Who's this for? Riders looking for an upgrade for their brake pads, or to replace worn out ones.

Rotor compatibility? Works best with Galfer rotors, but works just fine with any standard rotor.

Caliper compatibility? These fit SRAM Guide and Avid Elixir Trail brakes.
Not compatible with SRAM Guide RE - these use the Code pad.

Pro compound:
  • Highest power
  • Best performance on longer descents (10+ minutes)
  • High temperature fade resistacne
  • Don't need bedding in, AT ALL

  • Wear out the rotor faster

    These pads do what they are supposed to do.

    Always had good experiences with Galfer pads. Good power, don’t glaze up and are pretty reliable.

    Galfer Advanced pads awesome in the rain

    After wearing out the std SRAM metal pads on my Code RSC brakes I thought I would give the Galfer pads a try.

    Braking power is good & in line with the SRAM pads.

    Where these pads come into their own is in the rain. Instead of that wet disc howl you sometimes get with a wet rotor these Galfer Advanced pads just continue to feel like a normal dry pad.

    Not sure what magical Voodoo ingredient is used but these are the best wet weather pad I have used to date.

    Rode Cascades with them on the weekend & no fade to be noticed. They do provide good feedback also.

    Great brake pads

    Love these pads, they bite hard and don’t squeal like some, my pad of choice on both my Santa Cruz and Trek.
