Description

Genuine replacement RWS (Ratchet Wheel System) Axles from DT Swiss. The RWS axles allow for up to 50% more torque than a standard quick release skewer. Once the lever is tightened, the position of the lever can be adjusted independently by pulling the lever away from the frame and repositioning. This does not adjust how tight the axle is.

Available in 2 versions:

Black - 142 x 12mm - E-Thru - This has a course thread (12x1.5mm) and is designed for Shimano-Thru Systems. On the lever side, where the flanged part of the axle rests against the frame is flat.

Black - 142 x 12mm - Flat Head - This runs a fine thread - 12x1.0mm. On the lever side, where the flanged part of the axle rests against the frame is flat.

All versions are made from 7075 aluminium and use an alloy lever.
