Available in a number of different flavours, some of which are USDA certified organic and are made with 95% organic ingredients, Clif Bloks energy chews provide carbohydrates, green tea extract (caffeine) and potassium in a measured amount so you can track your caloric and electrolyte intake during long rides or races.

The soft square Bloks are really easy to chew and simple to handle and you only need to consume between 3 and 6 blocks per hour during sustained exercise along with sufficient hydration.
