Youth sized helmet from the brand committed to safety!

When you set your child free on their first 2-wheeled bike, their helmet will have to be up to the task! Designed with the same features found on the adult helmets, the SCAMP is a scaled down version dedicated to your child's safety.

The SCAMP utilises several key features that make it great for kids. Besides the youthful colour options, the buckle and fit system have been scaled down and were designed to prevent pinching!

    Perfect helmet for babies and toddlers

    This is our 3rd Giro helmet purchase, my son and husband both love theirs, and I'm so glad I bought the Scamp for our 12mth old. It fits perfectly, it's light and small, not too bulky and doesn't slide back like other cheaper children's helmets always tend to do. Highly recommend if you are looking for a helmet for your little one.

    Strap does not go tight enough under the chin - otherwise great.

    Pretty good helmet.

    Only issue is the strap does not go tight enough under the chin for my son's melon. Dial adjustment at the back is great though.

    Best try one on before you buy.

    Great helmet for a 1 year old

    A great little helmet for my little girl! Its lightweight, easy to adjust, fits well (via the measurement and fitting guide).

    I feel comfortable taking my 1 year old out for a ride with me, knowing she is adequately protected.

    Fantastic helmets! Shouldn’t have waited so long to purchase!

    Finally got around to upgrading Miss 6s helmet. She was previously using some cheap, ill-fitting retro skate helmet. Giro scamp arrived quickly, was so super quick to put on and adjust for a comfortable, secure fit. Miss 6 was additionally excited by the pretty pink patterns. First ride with the new helmet along the rail trail and CRASH! Head first over the handlebars (she was racing her dad). Graze to the nose and chin, a few scratches on her knees but otherwise all good. This would have been a different story if she was wearing her old, loose helmet. These helmets are also so light that Master One doesnt try to take his off! Excellent purchase, I highly recommend these for protecting our little ones heads.

    Coolest Kid

    Fits like a glove, but it's a helmet for my sons head. If looks could go fast, this is the helmet you need! The little man loves to cruise around showing off this snazzy brain bucket and telling dad to go faster
