Girro Good Riddance!

I purchased these shoes as a replacement for my ageing Teva Links. They looked the part and the price was right.
The sole is a bit stiffer than I would have liked. After using them for a couple of months they have worn in nicely. They are grippy enough; However the soles are chewing up very badly. They have big chuncks worn out of them from my flat pedals. I would have expected a shoe that is made for use on flat pedals would be a bit more durable that this.

Looks good, less grip

These shoes look really nice and feel very comfortable, I especially like the mid top cut and Velcro strap for the additional ankle support. However, coming from five ten shoes I definitely notice the difference in grip. It's not that these shoes don't have grip, it's just that they lack the sticky/tacky feel of the stealth rubber, which lowers confidence a bit after losing my footing in some crucial sections of trail.

Excellent Flat Pedal Shoe

Super comfortable, supportive and heaps of grip on the pedals. Easy to clean and the upper is up to taking abuse.
