From the Manufacturer

The SQ-Pad 12 is only a maximum of 4 mm thick and initially feels exceptionally firm and high-quality. Comparable to sporty saddles, which are just as slim and tightly padded, the SQ-Pad 12 keeps its shape, especially on longer distances.

Unlike many high, soft pads, it is not pushed uncomfortably inwards during the pedalling movement.

For all racers who don't like diapers.

  • Hard and thin, the pad is a 4mm thin pad with a TPE gel, most chamois are 12mm thick and soft but SQlab are changing the game
  • No shear forces, shearing forces are made while pedalling, that's why SQlab included the TPE gel layer specifically designed to absorb shear forces in the medical field.
  • While the width is important for a saddle, a pad for shorts depends on the shape. The SQlab pad tends to be wider in the rear area and converges into a very narrow centre. The sitting bones thereby seat fully on the maximum shock-absorbing area without creating folds No shortcoming in terms of ergonomics or comfort.
