The VPD Air Back has been developed from the very start to give the ultimate in adjustability for a truly personalised fit.

Personalised fit

The back protector features an entirely new fit system that gives a highly personalized, secure and comfortable fit. You can choose where the chest strap sits across the sternum so that the back protector always sits in the best position for you. The waistband is height adjustable, making it easy to ensure the back protector always sits comfortably and securely.

Meets protection standards

The VPD Air Back meets the European CE EN 1621-2, Level 1 safety standards for back protectors, giving you certified protection. For extra comfort, the protector is encased in a 3D mesh material that works to improve ventilation and moisture-wicking, so you can stay dry and comfortable for a whole day on the mountain.
