Description
Northwave's Spider 2 Plus shoe is a high performance shoe made for all mountain riders, and aims to perform as well off the bike as on it. The X-crossbow sole is firm enough to enhance your pedal strokes, but still flexy enough to be comfortable when walking. The thermowelded construction means they are able to have multiple layers without any overlap which provides excellent ventilation.Who's It For: Designed for Trail and Enduro riders, after a well ventilated all mountain shoe.
Pedal Interface: Clip-Ins.
Closure: Comes with Northwaves SLW2 dial and a velcro over strap. The SLW2 dial features step-by-step and full release with a single button.
Upper Materials: Thermowelded upper features mesh and synthetic materials.
Sole Type: The X-crossbow sole was designed in collaboration with Michelin and includes self clearing tread blocks and enlarged edges for extra grip.
Weight: 820grams for a size 42
Sizing Guide: Its a snug fit with a bit of extra room in the toe for added comfort and protection against things like rocks and trees.
Cleats: Fits any 2 hole MTB Style Cleat. Cleats are not included.
Pros: Super comfortable, excellent ventilation.
Cons: Styling is not everyone's cup of tea.
