Description

Riding mountain bikes can be a sweaty business, especially during summer. Those wimpy little pads in your helmet can fill up with sweat in an instant, and sit poised, ready to drop their vision blurring payload onto the lenses of your glasses right as you hit that rock garden or steep section of trail.

If you tend to sweat a lot when you get your heart rate up you might benefit from adding the Halo Headwear X3 Air mesh Pullover into your riding kit. The X3 is made with three front layers of Dryline fabric to maximise sweat absorption and has side panels made from air mesh fabric to help keep your head cool, even on hot summer days. The X3 works great under helmets and uses Halo's patented Sweat Seal Grip Technology to channel sweat back and away from your eyes, face, and sunglasses so you can give the trail your full attention without sweat stinging your eyes or smudging up your lenses. The Dryline fabric absorbs sweat, wicks moisture, dries out quickly, and won't lose its shape or stretch out.

Who's this item for: Works great for an extra layer of sweat protection for any type of rider.

Materials: Made from a moisture-wicking and quick-drying fabric and featured a Velcro branded closure to allow it to fit to any head size.

Sun protection / Thermal: The main aim of this product is to work as a sweatband so it won't provide any warmth or sun protection for the wearer.

It Works!

This is my second Halo band - they just work so well, even in a Brisbane summer my sunnies are clear at the end of a ride. No issues with fit under a couple of different helmets, same for riding glasses.

Traps sweat better than the Ghostbusters trap ghosts

OK so I sweat...alot. For some unknown reason 99.9% of my sweat originates on my forehead and drips down my face. It stings my eyes, streaks down my glasses and generally ruins my rides. I was sceptical that this would work but at only 35 bucks I thought I'd give it a go. After riding with this for a few months I have not had one droplet of sweat escape it. That is riding hard in the middle of the day in 30 degree plus weather. So it works. Really well. It's also comfortable enough so you forget you are wearing it. TL;DR - get it.
