Directions:
Take one sachet 15 minutes before exercise with water, and every 30 minutes during your activity. Consume one sachet directly after exercise for recovery.

Potassium chloride

    You want this jelly

    I like these. A good hit of energy whilst on the trail or before going to the gym. The cola tastes good and the goopyness is tolerable, like sucking down hair gel. Not that I've ever done that...

    Good flavour

    Had been using Gu gels for years but thought I'd give these a try. Less gooey and easier to consume. Good flavour too (citrus)

    Good balance of ingredients for

    Good balance of ingredients for riding conditions. Better value than most. Sickly to eat, but they all are.
