X-Tech Emergency Tyre Repair Kit
Description
If you are in the backcountry or on a long bike packing trip, this could be the most important kit you own.
If you damage a tyre severe enough, your sealant may not be able to seal the hole and worst case, the damage may prevent reliable use of a tube. The X Tech kit features everything you need to save your ride in the event of a damaged tyre.

This kit is quite large and not suited to saddle bags/small hydration bags. The inflator tube is only for Schraeder valves, so you will need a Presta valve adaptor if you are running Presta Valves.

Not just for motorbikes

The kit may be designed for motorbikes but is easily adapted for MTB. I cut the plugs in half and pushed a piece of packing foam onto the shaft of the applicator so it can't be driven too deep. I also took 3 of the 5 CO2 canisters out plus the connector, put in a Jet Black inflator head, bit holder and bits, tyre levers a small shifter for rotor repairs now have a complete tyre and bike repair kit.

Leave in the car for an emergency kit for short rides, all tools are to large and bulky to fit in a seat pack or small hydration back pack, cartridge adaptor hose leaks when in use.
