They're just spare bottle cage bolts. It's a little wolftooth don't seemed to match their alloy colours between components.

Good until they snap...

Not ideal... Not ideal at all. I'm on a Pole Evolink frame, so I have 7 bottle cage holes to fill. 6 of which were fine, however the 7th bolt went in half way and then effortlessly it just broke clean off... So now I have half a bolt stuck inside my frame.
