From the Manufacturer

The Dust Up low cut is a flat pedal shoe designed for all-terrain use. Constructed with a dual-compound outsole using higher durometer RH compound for the outer perimeter and softer, vibration absorbing VD compound for the centre tread.

Using an EVA midsole, this shoe excels with all-day comfort for epic rides and long downhill shuttles. Instep Velcro strap keeps laces tucked in and tangle-free and a perforated tongue provides ventilation and breathability.

Constructed of breathable synthetic TPU leather, your feet will feel energised all day long and the “virtually damping” rubber sole will absorb energy and vibration during your ride. The combined Velcro and lacing system provides exceptional performance and confidence, even on the most demanding trails.

Specs:

  • Compound RH outsole perimeter / “4.0” mm THICKNESS / “75-80”
  • Durometer
  • Compound VD outsole centre tread / “3.5” thickness / “45-50” durometer
  • Midsole stiffness medium
  • Fit: low volume
  • Low cut upper height
  • Lace cover Velcro strap

Grippy and comfortable.

by

Excellent grip, more comfortable and easier to manoeuvre on pedals than the pre adidas 510 impact pro’s I had previously, not as much protection but still adequate for enduro riding, not sure about durability yet but happy with the purchase so far.

Unparallel...Yeah nice!

Dust Ups yeah nice! Light, firm and grippy

Good shoe, tacky sole, but slightly odd fit. not worth $230

by

These were good value at $149. $230+ is waaay too much for what is essentially a runner with sticky sole. And the sole is sticky…as good as 5 10. Shoe is not as wooden/stiff as the impact pro, thus have more engagement/feedback with the pedals, which I like. But smack your foot into something while descending and it will hurt for a while as there is no protection.
Here is the important part-the fit. I have massive feet so its a challenge to find a shoes that fits without trying them on. Bought US13 (same size as my impacts). These are longer, with room to spare at the toe, but not as wide (Hello manufacturers-big hooves mean wide as well as long)!! Result, numbness after 30 mins, but given the lack of reinforcement anywhere laterally, they will give a bit am sure. Soles unmarked after one ride, unlike impacts.
