Gloss paint makes them slip

by

The bars feel good but are slightly heavier than expected.
The bars have a gloss paint that makes everything slip. Slips in the stem, lock on grips slip, brake levers slip. But if u scuff them up or retighten with them dirty from riding, then they eventually start to grip together.
The sweep and rise feel good though
