Description
If you're after a new DH Jersey, the Sprint is TLD's longstanding (and for good reason) option. The Sprint clothing line up is literally the most celebrated DH clothing offering in the history of competitive DH.
Who's it for: DH and Enduro racers and enthusiasts alike. If you are after a quality, lightweight, well thought out long sleeve jersey the Sprint is well worth your consideration.
Sleeve Length: The Sprint jersey runs full-length sleeves. The sleeve placement uses SE-PRO moto jersey design features for increased freedom of movement and comfort. The sleeve cuff panels are triangulated to keep sleeves from rotating around which reduces bunching and discomfort.
Fit Type: The fit is 'race-ready' with revised articulation points in the shoulders. The front and side panel seams wrap to the front for increased comfort and style, and it still uses a 'drop-tail' to make sure the jersey stays tucked in. A 'race-ready' fit generally allows enough room for base-layer style protection without adding unnecessary amounts of material.
Materials: The Sprint utilises 100% lightweight polyester fabric with moisture-wicking/quick-dry properties. You can shop with environmental confidence as the Sprint line up is now constructed out of fabric that is certified as Bluesign approved.
Pockets Position and Quantity: Zero pockets on offer here.
Optics Wipe: No optics wipe. You will have to clean your goggles at the finish line.
Neck: The neck collar has been redesigned to make the neck line more comfortable and better fitting.
Pros: Every year the Sprint Jersey becomes more race-ready as the fit and ergonomics evolve. With lots of colour options every year it is easy to find something to suit some existing kit you already have.
Cons: It is hard to find fault in this jersey for its intended use. If you are after something with more options like goggle wipes or pockets you will have to look elsewhere. But if you are after a thoroughbred race designed jersey, look no further.
