    Poor Shifting

I have the 10 to 46t cassette. Poor shifting, it takes a long time when shifting from 2nd gear to 3rd gear (2nd largest cog to 3rd larges cog). And when shifting from 6th gear to 7th gear (6th largest cog to 7th largest cog) the chain will jump down to 8th gear (8th largest cog), skipping the 7th gear.
