Description

The Centreline rotor represents all that SRAM and Avid have learned through many years of designing braking systems.

These rotors are optimised to create a consistent feel. The braking surface area stays consistent regardless of position on the rotor. This design minimised the chance of vibration.

The large cut outs ensure good ventilation and aid in keeping the rotor cool. The stainless steel material used is extremely robust.

These will suit all AVID or SRAM brakes - plus most other brands.

Weight for a 160g rotor is 112g.

The "square edges" or "rounded edges" refers to the outer edges of the rotor. The newer version has the edges rounded to make them easier to line up during wheel changes and less likely to cut in crashes.

    get it !

tough as nails this disc - cant recommend highly enough - it takes a battering all season with the DH riding and still plenty of mm's in the thing . With heaps of riding you would expect more wear, but no, no , this thing just keeps on giving. Fast delivery and timing and overall just good to see a company that's got it sorted - a lot don't !!!

    Good durable disc

A good durable disc, works well with both resin and sintered pads. Also includes a new set of bolts.

    New rotor for me, first

New rotor for me, first time I have used this pattern. Have had no issues. Got a massive work out at Mt Buller in the rain for 2 days, always reliable.

    They work well. have stayed

They work well. have stayed relatively true so far. no turkey gobble like the old HS1/2s so far. A bit heavy. would have preferred the seemingly mythological 2 piece version which I haven't been able to track down. Design of the 180mm adds mass around the centre for no reason, so these are overly heavy but you get what you pay for
