Genuine Avid brake mount for IS (International Standard) frames and forks.  

F 160-180mm - R 140-160mm 160-180mm: Accommodates 180mm rotors on fork/160mm on frame.  Includes required hardware

F 160-200mm - R 140-180mm 160-200mm: 
40mm adaptor. Adapts post mount forks to run a 200mm brake rotor or 180mm brake rotor on the frame.

R 140-200mm: 60mm adaptor. Adapts your frame to be able to run a 200mm rear brake rotor.
