Description

The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8000-IR RAPIDFIRE Plus Rear Shifter is ergonomically designed, and uses Shimano's Multi-Release design to achieve 20% lighter shifts. You'll enjoy consistently stable shifting, improved indexing accuracy, and textured levers. The new shift cable also uses a new hyper low-friction coating technology for optimal performance.

This is 1 x Right Hand 11 Speed Shift Lever that mounts using I-Spec II. (This will suit Deore M6000, SLX 7000, XT 8000, or XTR 9000/9020 Series Brakes)

What's in the box? Shifter, shifter cable, cable housing, cable crimp, and end caps.
