Every rider needs a new chain at some point! When you do upgrade, check out Shimano's XT CN-HG95. If you're out riding in mixed conditions, you'll appreciate the smooth drivetrain performance. Compatible with 10-speed Dyna-sys drivetrains only!

Features:

  • Surface treatment reduces friction.
  • Asymmetrical design improves shifting performance.
  • Excellent mud clearing capabilities.
  • Directional - install with the logos out.
  • Zinc-alloy plating.
  • Compatible with 10-speed Shimano Dyna-Sys MTB drivetrains.
  • Standard Shimano connection pins.
  • 116 Links.
  • Not compatible with Shimano 10-speed road groups.

Tip! Don't let your chain get too worn. If you do, you may need to replace your chain rings and cassette!

    Best Choice

I am so glad I purchased this chain and not the cheaper version. It works extremely well.

    Only done about 70k's but

Only done about 70k's but this is a noisy chain when clean and even noisier when dirty. Other drivetrain components all aligned and functioning properly. But first bit of grit in the chain and it is a bit raucous.

    Not much to say really,

Not much to say really, it's a Shimano chain, it goes round and just gets the job done.

    Shimano chains are the best

Shimano chains are the best hands down, the XT is nearly as good as the XTR version at a slight weight penalty..
