Description

Are you after a new Enduro tyre that feels at home in hard, rocky terrain? Would a World Enduro Series stamp of approval be a nice touch? Say hello to the Michelin Rock'R2 Enduro! This tyre consists of an alternating vertical and horizontal tread pattern, surrounded by siped edge blocks. This combination provides heaps of confidence and traction in extreme, hard/dry terrain.

Who's this item for: Enduro, All-Mountain and rugged trail riding. If your local trails are rough, rocky and hard on tyres the Rock'R2 Enduro will fit right in.

Suggested terrain use: Michelin has designed this tyre for extreme, dry/hard trail conditions. Although it's not the lightest tyre, it's grippy and durable.

Casing: 33 TPI Gravity Shield - 3-ply casing specifically designed for Enduro

Rubber Compound:

  • Magi-X: Soft rubber intended for use on the front tyre for maximum grip
  • Gum-X: Designed to provide a combination of grip, performance, and durability.

Weight:

  • 27.5" x 2.35": 1050g
  • 29" x 2.35: 1150g

Pros: This tyre hails from the birthplace of Enduro racing- France and has been race-proven in the Enduro World Series. That's a pretty big tick of approval. It's been designed to give you confidence in rugged, rocky terrain. Who doesn't want more confidence in those conditions?

Cons: The Rock'R2 Enduro isn't available in as many widths and compounds as some other branded tyres are. It's a bit weighty.

    Grippy as

Decided to purchase these bad boys over the usual michelin dh3 and i must say i am impressed, i had so much grip, they look chunky, worked out well for my lastest enduro i competed in, they climb well, i am currently running tubeless with them also
