These tyres were designed around use with 35mm internal rims. However, riders utilising narrower rims (ourselves included) have still found them to perform exceptionally. If your rims are narrower than 24mm internal, you may find them to roll and squirm under hard cornering. Minion DHR 2.8\" and 3.0\" tyres don't have the WT designation as they are designed to run on 35mm internal rims at a minimum.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWire bead tyres are sent rolled up to minimise shipping costs. The wires in the beads shouldn't get bent during this process, however, if they arrive with a bend, just bend them back til they are straight.
