The protective inserts are asymmetrical by design and anatomically shaped. This makes for an ergonomically formed 3D pad that is flexible where it needs to be for pedalling and form fitting everywhere else for an improved fit.  To help keep the temperature down the XMatter inserts feature Vortex. Vortex links multiple, large vents in the protective insert to increase airflow, ensuring warm air and humidity can exit the knee pad easily. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaterials:\u003c\/b\u003e Over top of the XMatter insert the Trigger Knee Pads feature a ripstop style material for durability.  A small exterior plastic guard is featured on the front, shin area of both knee pads. AeroMesh is used for the majority of the sleeve's construction.  This lightweight, moisture wicking, breathable, anti-bacterial treated material provides a high level of comfort and structural strength.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eClosure or Slip-on:\u003c\/b\u003e The knee pads slip on and feature LoopLock adjustable closures on the top of the knee pad and also just below the knee. This allows you to fine tune the fit, keeping them secure and comfortable. The material is not designed for this and may cause tears. Damage to the knee pads of this nature may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
