The with the exact same compound and tread as the LG1 DH and Enduro tyres, the All Terrain Trail hooks up superbly in steep and loose terrain, but still rolls surprisingly well. Directional siping on all knobs allow them to spread and gain more traction under braking and in the wet. Accordion cuts on the side knobs provide plenty of grip and support in hard cornering, while allowing the knobs to conform to the ground without the squirming feeling that you can get from long knobs.

What sets the All Terrain Trail apart from the LG1 DH and EN tyres, is it uses a far lighter and thinner casing, more akin to a Maxxis EXO, where the EN is similar to EXO+ or DD, and the DH is, well, a DH. Think of this as a Minion killer.

Both the Plus and the Race use a slow-rebound, tacky compound, but the Race is even grippier in the side knobs however it is at the cost of longevity.

Who's it for: The All Terrain Trail is aimed for lighter trail/all mountain riding, but with some serious grip behind it, without sacrificing rolling resistance.

Suggested terrain: Hardpack, loose over hard, medium, and deep loose soil. The only place this tyre may suffer is in deep mud.

Pros: Amazing support and grip, without the cost of speed loss.

Cons: The thinner casing is best suited for a front tyre, and may not stand up to the abuse of hard charging enduro and all mountain rigs, the semi slick or all terrain in the LG1 EN casing might be a better choice for the rear.
