Cane Creek Double Barrel Coil IL CS Shock

For years riders have lusted over coil shocks for the increased sensitivity and traction over their air-sprung siblings. A big downside with coil shocks is the weight penalty that comes with them. This is where the Double Barrel IL comes in! The CCDB IL coil offers all the features of a piggyback coil shock but without the weight penalty. Cane Creek state a 333g weight decrease versus the full-blown CCDB coil (when equipped with their VALT lightweight spring). No longer do you have to sacrifice weight for performance and consistency when it comes to rear shocks!

Who is this for: trail or enduro riders who want a lightweight, fully adjustable coil-sprung shock made for bombing aggressive trails.

Damper technologies 
The IL coil utilises the same double-barrel twin-tube technology as is found in many of Cane Creek's suspension products. Twin Tube technology means oil is continuously circulated through the external damping valving instead of the main piston. This allows for highly controllable, independent damping for both compression and rebound circuits. 

Climbing switch (CS) technology - Cane Creek's climb switch is unlike most conventional climb switches as it adjusts both LSC and LSR at the same time. This gives the rider better traction, control and enhanced pedalling efficiency throughout the entire stroke.
