Description

Lezyne is here to save your future self from trailside grief with the ultimate tubeless tyre repair and inflation system. This innovative MTB-specific 3 in 1 high-volume hand pump moves enough air to quickly seat and inflate tubeless tyres up to a 30psi maximum pressure - more than enough to get you rolling again with confidence. The pump houses 5 tyre plugs and a jabber tool for trailside repairs of tyre slashes or pinch flats, and there's even a 20-gram CO2 cartridge hidden in the handle for when you get sick of pumping or need to speed things up a bit.

With the Lezyne CNC Tubeless Drive on board, you won't have to endure the hassle and mess of installing a tube in a tyre full of sealant, or face the shame of walking home with a flat. Get one of these pumps and your future self (and your mates) will thank you for it!

Who's this item for: The Lezyne CNC Tubeless Drive is for you, in the future.

Materials: Durable and lightweight CNC machined aluminium construction.

Gauge type: This pump doesn't have a gauge so you'll need to make sure that your thumbs are well-calibrated for the squeeze test.

Gauge location: On your hands next to your fingers.

Rated pressure: Max 30psi - It might sound like much but this pump prioritises high-volume over high-pressure to help you get a good seal on tubeless tyres.

Pump head type: The pump has a hose with a reversible screw-on chuck. Press the pressure release button to release the pressure in the head so you can unscrew it without accidentally unscrewing the valve core. Note that this isn't an air bleed feature, it just reduces the pressure in the pump head to assist with removal.

What valves does it work on: This pump is only compatible with Presta valves. The chuck is tubeless specific and “flips” for Presta, or a threaded Presta shaft (with the valve core removed) to provide more airflow when seating a tubeless tyre.

Tubeless canister: This pump doesn't have a pressurised chamber but it should pump out enough volume to seat tubeless tyres. If you can't get a seal you can use the 20G CO2 canister to blast the stubborn bead into submission.

    Excellent Pump

This thing is really solid, due to the simple design I can't imagine much risk of breakage. It's not superlight, but straight up forgot it was in my pocket for a solid hour, so there's that. Was pleasantly surprised to find the pump includes a charged 20g CO2 cartridge and some plugs, which I must have missed in product research. The pump and hose length feels quite good to use, took barely a few minutes to get one 2.25" 29er tire to 29kpa (checked using a gauged pump), and had fewer issues reseating the tire with it than with my floor handpump. You have to stretch the hose over the handle to reconnect it after use, a bit awkward to do but not really hard and doesn't look like it is in danger of breaking.
