Excellent. Very comfortable and surprisingly not that hot. They don't move around either and the sizing was accurate for me. Don't know how they perform because I have not crashed yet.

Were do I start these knee pads have been awesome, they provide great air flow not to mention they are very light weight hardly even know they are there. But the most important part of there job is protection and boy are they good at it.
