Canberra winters made easy....
by Jac H
Bought these pants for riding in Canberra through winter. I love these pants. They are super comfortable while pedalling and keep me feeling toasty warm but not too hot. I wouldn't wear them pedalling above 15 degrees but I run pretty hot.
Two decent pockets big enough for a phone and key in one and some gels in the other. The pockets are mesh lined - I wouldn't choose this if I was designing them as your phone might get a bit steamy and I get a little sticky chucking the empty gel wrapper in there.
All in all a solid investment - very happy.
Tough and comfy
Super comfy pants and feel tough enough to survive a decent amount of abuse. They are great if you are shuttling but do get pretty hot when climbing. I can't see where the "strategically placed perforations" are. However they where great on a <10 degree ride. Other small knock on the is the fox head logo and Fox branding started to peal off after one ride. The sizing chart is really accurate. I'd go for the smaller size if you are in between sizes.
