After years of use, still a great bag.

Have had an EVOC bike bag for around 4+ years now, it has travelled to NZ twice as well as all round oz multiple times a year. Has held up really well, the zips are still good, no rips or tears and its been a lot easier to cart round a airport than a bike box!

Only negative thing is the bags 9kg weight, (I maybe should have gotten the old pro lightweight 8kg bag) with a 14kg Yeti SB6, you cannot put all your extra riding gear in the bag (heaps of room in there) as you try to stay under the magic 25kg for airlines. But apart from that, its been a ripper bag and should keep me going for a few more years to come.

Great bag, easy to use

Great bag, easy to use and install my Trek Remedy 27.5. Being very fussy I removed the handlebars completely, although this is not necessary and there are ample straps and covers I am extra fussy. There was ample extra room to be able to pack all of my riding gear, some extra tools and pumps into the bag. I have flown with this bag a couple of times now, both times the bike has arrived unscathed and the bag arrived without even a mark on it. I love this bag, it has given me the extra flexibility to be able to travel with work and take my bike. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent bag,

This is an excellent bag, the only reason I have not given it five stars is the weight. If 2-3 kgs could be shaved off then it would be perfect. I like the way the bike was secured and it left ample room to pack riding gear and other clothes etc. I recommend using pack cells allowing a one bag transport option. When you get to your destination if folds to half the size for storage/transport.

This is the second EVOC

by -

This is the second EVOC bag I have purchased. The original is still going strong and this one went from Northern Territory to Rotorua (and back)with no damage to the bikes (one being carbon). One bike is a 29er with a WTB 2.3 front tyre. This strains the limits of the wheel bags, but still gets them in. They 'seem' expensive, but once you have one you won't regret it.
