Bullet proof shorts that fit and function well! strange colour combo

by

I purchased these in a wacked out odd coloured combo (red side panel and mauve on the other side?) as there's not much else about with such tough fabric (600d fabric). I own a pair of fox demo DH shorts with 600d fabric and they are great! However these alpinestar shorts take it up a few notches in terms of fitting, with velcro side adjusters and elastic fitting at rear. There's lighter fabric around front of crutch but heavy duty on backside where I kept putting holes from jumping (rear wheel touching) on other shorts. The lighter fabric used where the 600d is not necessary make these breath well and feel lighter than the fox demo DH shorts. If it wasn't for the WTF colour combo I'd give these shorts a solid 5 star, if you are looking for something that fits well and is tough as all hell go grab em!
